Our services include account status, bill paying services (CFE, Water, fidecomiso) explanation of fees, payment schedule, repair work, garden maintenance, house cleaning, monthly property updates, and rental property inquiries to name only a few.

Keeping an open line of communication between Todo Ambiente and our owners is vital to our business. We pride ourselves on owner satisfaction and advising owners on the status of their investments. We expect nothing less than excellence from our team because that is what our clientele expects. We provide the homeowner with all of the information they need and expect to feel comfortable about their homes and their property investments here in Todos Santos.  

Web Marketing and Redesign

Todo Ambiente feels strongly that our website should represent the high quality of Todos Santos vacation rental properties that we manage.  This belief led us to the decision in 2010 to invest in a redesign and optimization of our website. 

These are some of the changes and goals that our now a part of our website and marketing plan:  Todo Ambiente - Todos Santos Vacation Rentals this year:

  • Search Term Optimization aka SEO:  this fancy term just means that we modified our website so that when people use Google and other online search engines to locate websites associated with "Todos Santos Vacation Rentals" our site comes up.  Our goal is to get our site on the first page of Google results and we believe that we can acheive this by 2011.
  • Website UI Redesign:  we have changed our site structure so that it is easier to navigate, showcases the property photos better, and allows us to easily update all content.
  • Backend Database Design:  we have redesigned our database to accomodate our growing inventory.  We want to make sure that our customers will have the ability to search by all criteria (Bedrooms, Baths, Prices, # of People Property Sleeps, and more) in the future.
  • Website Search:  you can now search for "1 bedroom Todos Santos Vacation Rentals" from any page in our site and you will receive a results page with all properties and pages that contain this phrase.  We believe that this makes it easier for our customers to find the properties that want.
