What fees do I have to pay other than the management fee?
Todo Ambiente handles the payment of all of your bills. If we exceed the 4 hours guaranteed in your monthly agreement, the account will be charged an hourly fee of $30.00 USD.
What insurance coverage do I need on my home?
We highly recommend the homeowners have insurance. This may be obtained through any local insurance companies.
What is your management fee?
Our property management fee is $150 USD per month per property for our basic service. We charge 25% of the weekly or monthly rental rate for all rentals, and out of that we pay any referrals to other agents if they provide the renters.
Who assists the renters if they have a problem?
Todo Ambiente partner Aaron Balducci is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist with any problems that may occur at your property. Extra visits to the property will be billed at an hourly rate. He may be reached at 612 135 5846. If he is unavailable, partner Elena Ascencio Ibanez will be able to provide assistance.
